Vision:
To become more aware, motivated, organized and able to handle and tackle the root cause of their own felt and strategic needs and that they will also be able to manage and direct their own development and other desired changes in a bid to improve their life situation in building a just and God fearing society in Loita. It is the ILIDP’s conviction that the local pastoral production system will continue to form the economic and cultural basis of the existence of the Loita Maasai Pastoralists.
Mission:
ILIDP exists to create the necessary capacity to enable the Loita Maasai community manage their own development in relation to themselves, their livestock and land.
Long-term objective:
The overall improvement of the life situation of the Loita Maasai Pastoralists is the ultimate goal of ILIDP
