Objectives:
a)    To fight illiteracy and promote the education standards of the community.
b)    To empower women on their rights and economically by creating IGAs through micro-finance.
c)    To strengthen, train, support and enhance community development.

e)    To improve the living standards of the youth by establishing IGAs and encourages them to  undergo training on vocational skills and carrier guidance.
f)    To improve traditional approaches to conflict resolution.
g)    To network with other CBOs, NGOs, FBOs, and government 
Education Activities:
a)    Establishment of Early Childhood Development centres to ensure access, retention and provision of quality education to hitherto nomadic children
b)    Improvement of learning environment through construction of classrooms, water tanks and maternity wards in conjunction with CDF.
c)    Community mobilization to improve school enrolments.
d)    Training of community members on whole school approach using PICD methodology and development of school development plans.
e)    Girl child education through the girls forum concept to empower school going girls.
f)    Conducted a survey in Lagdera district for UWEZO KENYA on the learning outcome of school going children in 2009
